Handling and processing complex two-component materials can be very difficult.  EFI Polymers has worked with manufacturing companies in a wide range of industries to identify why parts are failing and helped identify low-cost solutions that alleviate the issue.  Our technical resource team is capable of on-site analysis and in some cases mirroring your manufacturing process in house to understand how and why the failure is occurring.
