High Temperature Potting Compound

EFI Polymers understands what it takes to make high temperature potting compound work. We have a variety of anhydride, polyamide, and cycloaliphatic chemistries that are tested and proven to work at elevated temperatures. Our materials are formulated to work whether your part is generating the heat, or if you need componentry to withstand high-temperature environments. These materials achieve this high temperature resistance through:

  • High Tg (glass transition temperature): enables the materials to remain rigid and tough through very high temperatures.
  • High density crosslinking: allows for strong inter-polymer bonds that withstand increased temperature.
  • Mineral Fillers: raise the thermal conductivity of our material, allowing them to move heat away from your sensitive electronics and provide additional thermal stability.
