Potting compounds designed for surface mount technology (SMT) applications must have low stress characteristics during curing and thermal cycling. We offer systems with a range of hardness, thermal shock properties and low glass transition temperatures (Tg below -57°C) providing ideal performance for SMT PC board potting. Our products have been successfully used in demanding applications for electronic, lighting, A.M.R., controls, sensors and under hood automotive applications built around SMT components.
